This utility can extract relevant information from Facebook, Twitter, websites, etc. The extracted data (structured, semi-structured, or unstructured) can then be consumed for Sentiment analytics and R based analysis. The results can then be pushed to BDB’s Dashboarding framework.

• Sentiment Analyzer : - NLP (Natural Language Processing) of Sentiment Analyzer is currently at the Beta stage. Our language experts are continually upgrading and improving the NLP dictionary and algorithms. It can be used internally, but users may experience defects and usability issues.
• Business story : - This product is currently at the Alpha stage. Users can test and experiment with this product, but we do not encourage anyone to use it in a production environment.
