When I interact with Customers and Partners & friends too, esp. in the world of data and analytics. There is always one question in 121 casual talks - How you guys got the patience to build a platform yourself when every other E2E platform is topped up with min 5 acquisitions.
My answer is always - we were possibly most stupid people who just kept on putting all our money on the platform itself. Most people used our hard core engineering as a means to their "Learning" and "building" their career. For us our eyes were always set on market demand and competition. Intelligent beings moves and stupid guys get stuck and build platforms.
We never cared for investments nor about earning huge amount of money.
Our aim has been to build a world class platform.
