Supplier Portal

More than 80% of the product is being built at supplier end. The solution is aimed to promote data driven approach between manufacturer and supplier. This helps in addressing the correct areas for improvements as well as improves their relationship. Analysis of defects generated by a supplier could be visualized/ tracked for RCA. The effectiveness of countermeasures taken can be monitored.

The portal is designed to give visualizations for the following people :

• Top Management:-Able to see the overall PPM/ Plant wise PPM and their trend.
• Middle Management:-Details of line stoppage/ warranty cost, monthly wise defect trend and COPQ due to supplier issues can be seen.
• Working Management:-The details of supplier wise/ component wise trend is visible. They can also monitor the effectiveness of countermeasures taken.
