Each of these informations are coming from different-2 data sources of BizViz Platform and others like vacancies, PTE, FTE information form Dynamic App, Employee Satisfactions index from Survey DataMart which is on Cloud and %Attrition Prediction which is the out put of Logistic Regression Algorithm. This information gives 360 degree View of Data to our HR Officer from Single Screen to make informed decisions.
